〇商品説明
ソリッドタイプのデフアクスルセットです。
カップとハウジングを金属製にすることで、より高回転&高負荷に対応します。
リングギアは[R31W212] ワンウェイ&ソリッド リングギアが適合します。

本製品は【R31W243】 ギアスペーサーセットと組み合わせる事で、10T～16Tの当社製のベベルギアに対応することができます。(※)

※ギアボックスとベアリングのクリアランス調整と最終的なバックラッシュ微調整の為に、φ10×0.1mm シムが別途必要となります。

※Note ③…[R31W007] When installing this product using the GRK standard bevel gear (16T), the genuine button screw will interfere with the axle, so be sure to use the [R31W251] M2.6X5mm flat head screw. please.

Solid type differential axle set.
By making the cup and housing metal, it supports higher rotation and higher load.
[R31W212] One-Way & Solid Ring Gear is suitable for Ring Gear.

By combining this product with the [R31W243] gear spacer set, it is possible to support our company's bevel gears from 10T to 16T. (*)

*A separate φ10×0.1mm shim is required to adjust the clearance between the gearbox and bearings and to fine-tune the final backlash.

* Prepare an M3 button screw with a length that matches the thickness of the spacer.
