GRK3/GRKグローバルシリーズ以降のギアボックスに適合する為に開発されたギアデフセットとなります。

付属している2種類のリングギアと3種類のドライカップの組み合わせを変える事で

10Tから18Tまでの当社製ベベルギアに対応致します。

〇装着時の注意点
①先端にビスを装着して固定するタイプの場合(GRKグローバルシリーズ標準)
標準のボタンビスではビスの先端部とギアデフ本体が干渉する場合がありますので
同時にベベルギアを固定するビスを R31W251 M2.6×5㎜ フラットビスへの変更する必要があります。

※GRK4/GRK5の場合、フラットヘッドビスが標準で装着されているので問題ありません。

②ギア間のクリアランス調整の為に
【R31M135】 10×1 ワッシャー　
【R31M023orR31M033】10×0.1 シム
が別途必要となります。

③(R31S069)GRK5ベベルギア14Tを使用する場合について。（GRK4/5ユーザー様へ）
14Tベベルギアと組み合わせて使用される場合。
16T～18Tリングギアの組み合わせで使用することを推奨いたします。（※）

※ギアケースによっては10T～12Tリングギア仕様で装着できるケースが確認されていますが、バックラッシュ調整が行う事が出来ない為推奨しておりません。

It is a gear differential set developed to fit the gearbox after GRK3/GRK Global series.

By changing the combination of the 2 types of ring gears and 3 types of dry cups that are included

Our bevel gears from 10T to 18T are available.

〇 Precautions when wearing
①In the case of a type that attaches a screw to the tip and fixes it (GRK Global Series standard)
Standard button screws may interfere with the tip of the screw and the gear differential body.
At the same time, it is necessary to change the screws that fix the bevel gear to R31W251 M2.6×5mm flat screws.

*In the case of GRK4/GRK5, flat head screws are installed as standard, so there is no problem.

②For clearance adjustment between gears
[R31M135] 10x1 washer
[R31M023 or R31M033] 10×0.1 Shim
is required separately.
