実車のデフケースのような重厚なデザインを採用した新形状のギアボックスは
RWDドリフトマシンとしての軸重バランスの適正化を図る為に
従来のアルミギアボックス（R31W279/R31S310）と比較して約8g程重量アップを実現。
GRKグローバルシリーズの樹脂製ギアボックスからの変更は勿論。
GRK4等従来のアルミギアボックス装着車でもトラクションアップ効果が期待できます。

The aluminum gearbox used in GRK5 is now available as an optional part for GRK.
The newly shaped gearbox adopts a heavy design similar to the differential case of an actual car, and has increased weight compared to the conventional aluminum gearbox (R31W279/R31S310) in order to optimize the axle load balance as an RWD drift machine. Achieved.
Of course, this is a change from the resin gearbox of the GRK Global series.
You can expect improved traction even on vehicles equipped with conventional aluminum gearboxes such as GRK4.
